Itenerary
🚐 Pickup & Drive | 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM: Pick up from Surabaya or Malang. Enjoy a scenic drive toward the south of East Java.
🌊 Tumpak Sewu Trekking | 10:00 AM: Arrive at the "Niagara of Indonesia." Trek from the panoramic viewpoint down to the canyon floor with our expert guide (approx. 3 hours).
👕 Refresh & Recharge | 01:00 PM: Short break to change into dry clothes before continuing the journey.
⛰️ To the Highlands | 02:00 PM: Depart for the Bromo area. Optional stop for a local culinary experience along the way.
🏨 Check-in | 06:00 PM: Arrive and check in at your Bromo Guesthouse. Soak in the cool mountain air and rest early.
🚜 4WD Jeep Adventure | 02:00 AM: Board your private Jeep for a thrilling ride to the sunrise viewpoints.
🌅 Golden Sunrise | 04:00 AM – 05:30 AM: Witness the sunrise illuminating the volcanic landscape. Enjoy a hot coffee at a local stall.
📸 Widodaren & Crater | 06:00 AM – 07:30 AM: Photo stop at Widodaren Hill, followed by a trek to the rim of the active Bromo Crater.
🍳 Breakfast & Transfer | 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Return for breakfast, check out, and proceed to the Bondowoso area (Ijen gateway).
🛌 Rest & Prepare | 02:30 PM: Check in at your Bondowoso guesthouse. We recommend an early night for the midnight trek.
🚐 Midnight Start | 12:00 AM: Wake up and depart for Ijen Crater (2-hour drive).
🥾 The Ascent | 02:00 AM: Begin your guided trek toward the summit under the starlight.
🔥 Electric Blue Fire | 03:00 AM: Descend to see the rare Blue Fire (subject to volcanic conditions).
💎 Summit & Sunrise | 04:00 AM – 06:00 AM: Watch the sunrise over the world’s largest acidic turquoise lake.
⛴️ Ketapang Drop-off | 08:30 AM: Head toward the coast.
🏁 Arrival at Harbor | 09:30 AM: Estimated arrival at Ketapang Harbor. Our driver will drop you at the ferry terminal. Trip ends.🍴 Meals: Breakfast Box (Provided).

FAQ
Yes. Please make sure the flight arrival is before 4:00 AM. If by train, 1hour before pick up time is fine.
Yes, either Surabaya or Denpasar airport are possible. Please make sure the flight/train departure is 2hours later than 5:00 PM (17:00), flight leave around 19:00 should be fine. IF will take train to the west like Yogyakarta, we suggest in Ketapang train station.
Yes. But you will leave it in the car while you’re doing the activity.
Currently the Bromo National Park policy is not allowing to fly drone on any point/ spot. While in Tumpak Sewu and Ijen are fine.
Tour available daily. Unless there is a closure by the local authority due to local’s event or any routine agenda with a prior notice.
Driving duration to Bondowoso from Bromo is 4 hours, vs direct to Ijen (from Bromo) can take 6 hours. It’s just to split the 6 hours driving time instead of take long driving in one go, it is the way more convenience. However sometimes if we run out of availability in Bondowoso, we will alter the overnight location to Ijen.
