Tumpak Sewu Bromo
2d1n for trek huge waterfall and a volcanoes, starting in the morning from Surabaya, drive hours to waterfall place. After few hours cliff/waterfall trekking, get in the car for hours before arrive and take rest in Bromo area. Next few hours will be waken up for not miss sunrise in Bromo. You will be transferred back to Surabaya for the finish point.

Itinerary
- 6 AM start pick up time in Surabaya. 8 AM start pick up time in Malang.
- 10-11 AM estimated time arrive in Tumpak Sewu.
- Meet the local guide, 15 minutes prepare and safety briefing. Start trekking, it takes approximately 3hours walk down and up the cliff.
- 2-3 PM arrive back at the start point. Short break, change clothes, and prepare to leave. Before leave, driver will suggest group member to have meals on the stop during driving from Sewu to Bromo.
- 4 PM proceed to leave Tumpak Sewu for Bromo. 3hours is approximate driving duration till arrive at the guesthouse plus 1hour stop at local restaurant.
- 8 PM estimated arrival time at accommodation, proceed check in, shower and sleep for the next few hours.
- 2 AM wake up time. Prepare your jacket, trousers, and shoes, get ready to start for Bromo Volcano.
- 2:15 - 2:30 AM enter to the car and depart to jeep meeting point.
- 2:45 AM switch jeep and depart to sunrise point. Passing the sandy and bumpy jeep trek before meet the concreate road up hill to Bukit Kingkong or other (possibly lower altitude) spot to enjoy sunrise.
- 3:30 AM guide will lead you to have a seat in local food stall called Warung, spend times with a cup of hot tea to warming your body while waiting for the time of the sun arising.
- 4:30 AM you will be led to move from warung to take your spaces at the hill considered as best spot to watch the sunrise. The guide will explain the story about Bromo and the Bromo interesting fact.
- 6 AM guided back to the jeep, it will drive you down to the caldera. It's shows as super big holes among the mountains range, inside the caldera, there are many landscapes, from the sandy desert, the greeneries hill, the inactive volcano, and the smoky volcano which is still active.
- 7 AM Photo stop at Widodaren hill, afterwards continue short drive to bottom of active volcano.
- 7:30 AM jeep will parking and you will be guided hike up to crater edge.
- 9 AM back to jeep, leave Bromo, back to village breakfast.
- 11 AM get back to car seat, driver is ready to proceed to Surabaya.

Yes. Please make sure the flight arrival is before 5:30 AM. If by train, 1hour before pick up time is fine
Yes, Surabaya airport is possible. Please make sure the flight/train departure is 2hours later than 1:00 PM (13:00), flight leave around 3:00 PM should be fine. IF you will take train to the west like Yogyakarta, we suggest in Surabaya or Sidoarjo train station. IF you will take train to the east like Banyuwangi, we suggest in Probolinggo railway station.
Yes. But you will leave it in the car while you’re doing the activity.
Currently the Bromo National Park policy is only allowing to fly drone on the sunrise points. While in Tumpak Sewu is fine at any spots.
Tour available daily. Unless there is a closure by the local authority due to local’s event or any routine agenda with a prior notice. The closure notification normally will be came by few weeks prior the closure date. We will notify if your booking is affected.
