This tour will start at 11 AM from Bali, will includes an overnight stop in a hotel in Banyuwangi or Licin area. We will pick up again by midnight for Ijen Blue flame and sunrise hiking, then transfer you back to the hotel for breakfast. Leaving at 11 AM for transfer back to Bali.

Itinerary
🚗 Pick-up & Transfer
11:00 AM (Bali Time): Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ubud or South Bali (Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu). Enjoy a 4-hour scenic drive across the Balinese countryside toward the western coast.
⛴️ Ferry Crossing
03:00 PM: Arrive at Gilimanuk Harbor. Your ferry tickets are provided. We begin the 1-hour crossing of the Bali Strait at 03:30 PM.
🏨 Arrival in Java & Check-in
04:30 PM (Java Local Time): Estimated arrival at Ketapang Port, Banyuwangi. You will be picked up by our Java shuttle driver and transferred to Mirah Hotel Banyuwangi. (Note: Java is 1 hour behind Bali).
🌙 Evening at Leisure After check-in, the rest of the day is yours. You may enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant (personal account) and we highly recommend an early rest to prepare for your midnight wake-up call.
🚐 Midnight Departure
00:30 AM: Wake up and get ready! Our driver will pick you up from your hotel for the drive to the Ijen basecamp.
☕ Safety Briefing
01:30 AM: Arrive at Paltuding (Ijen Basecamp). Meet your professional local guide and enjoy a safety briefing over a warm drink.
🥾 The Ascent
02:00 AM: Start the midnight hike through the starry trail to reach the majestic Ijen Crater rim.
🔥 The Electric Blue Fire
03:30 AM: Witness the rare and mystical Blue Fire phenomenon. (Subject to supportive weather and volcanic conditions).
🌅 Sunrise & Acid Lake
04:00 AM – 06:30 AM: Move to the best sunrise spot to see the sun illuminate the world’s largest acidic crater lake with its stunning turquoise color.
🌿 Descend & Breakfast
08:00 AM – 09:30 AM: Hike back to the start point and return to the hotel for a well-deserved breakfast and a refreshing shower.
⛴️ Java to Bali Crossing
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Check out and transfer to Ketapang Port to board the ferry back to Bali.
🌴 Journey to Ubud
01:00 PM (Bali Time): Arrive back in Bali. Our Balinese driver will be waiting to take you through the scenic West Bali road.
🏨 Home Sweet Hotel
06:00 PM: Estimated arrival back at your hotel in Ubud (or surrounding areas). Trip ends.
